The Bare by Schick™ Dermaplaning Wand allows you to dermaplane at home with professional quality blades. The wand features expertly designed ergonomics to keep the blade at the proper angle to the skin and allows for multiple ways to grip and maneuver.
- More radiant, healthy-looking skin
- More even looking skin tone
- Makeup goes on smoother
- More convenient and affordable than a salon or dermatologist office
- No downtime—apply makeup or skincare products right away (Sunscreen recommended after use.)
- Brush made in China. Cartridge made in China. Blades made in USA from imported steel.
Start with clean, dry skin.
Keep the surface flat against your skin at all times to ensure proper angle. To help minimize chance of nicks or cuts, make sure your skin is pulled taut. Avoid the eye and nose area and skin irregularities. It is recommended you start with a light touch to get comfortable with how to use the wand. Use short strokes.
Apply sunscreen, moisturizer or other treatments as you wish.
Bare your best.
How frequently should I be using it and how long would it last?
When you exfoliate you need to allow time for your skin to renew itself. We recommend using at most every three weeks. Length of wand will depend on how much pressure is applied. The best judge is based on your assessment of how comfortable it feels when you use and if you still feel it is doing a good job.

Facial hair can be as tough as copper, and more blades can make for a closer shave.
